Do you offer a warranty on custom signs?
Our custom signs are a thing of beauty, and we're so proud of them that we back them with a 24-month warranty on all electrical components when used as intended.
How can I hang my neon sign?
We offer three hanging options for your sign.
Wall mounts: This is the most secure hanging option, ideal for signs in permanent or high-traffic areas. To use wall mount screws, simply follow the steps provided and watch your space evolve.
Hanging wire: This hanging option is less permanent but still very secure. To use hanging wire, attach the wire to the back of your sign and hang it from hooks in the wall or ceiling.
3M stickers: For custom signs that measure 100cm or less in width we will throw in some 3M stickers which you can use instead of screwing into your wall.
